Senior Community water damage
SERVPRO Responds to a large water loss at a Senior Living Community.
Our franchise was called by a local Supportive Living community that incurred a water loss in the early morning. SERVPRO responded quickly and developed a drying plan. This project required us working with the on-site maintenance staff, corporate maintenance , and other contractors.
They vinyl flooring material need to be removed (that can be seen in the above picture)so that the sub-floor could dry out. Our production staff removed the vinyl flooring and set up equipment in each affected room so that it could dry and the other contractors could come back and relay new flooring in the rooms.
Because of the loss some residents were displaced so time was of the essence. In about 2 weeks the community was dry and the residents could move back into their rooms. The picture above shows the new flooring.
Thanks to the effort of all involved SERVPRO of Springfield was able make this “Like it never even happened.”
